Client Setup Or Event Rehearsal

Service Description

A staff member will be onsite if changes or requests are needing to be communicated to venue staff. Venue tours and meetings can continue to take place, client will setup in the background or practice their roles with little to no assistance necessary (unless day of coordinator assistance is required). ***Additional details such as services needed or pre-party setup would need to be discussed and agreed to prior to appointment if client needs staff to have venue layout in place or coordinator on site.
